    With over 15 years of experience, James excels in developing and implementing quality and risk management systems. He has extensive experience managing complex COP and CHC applications, resolving safeguarding backlogs, and conducting CQC Single Assessment Framework audits, achieving high regulatory standards.

    SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD

    Sarah has over 10 years of healthcare experience, successfully managing projects to eliminate COP and CHC backlogs by actively engaging multi-disciplinary professionals and facilitating outreach and co-production work with patients, service users, and the wider community, focussing on creating accessible information for all.

    CLINICAL LEAD (DoLS)

    Robert is a registered nurse with extensive experience in CHC case management and eligibility, specialising in complex case management for s117. He brings substantial expertise to the team, with active involvement in multidisciplinary processes for complex cases and Care and Treatment Reviews (CTR).

    CLINICAL LEAD (DoLS)

    Gina is a registered mental health nurse with over 40 years of experience in commissioning, project management, and CHC. She has led CHC teams in MH, LD, and autism, managing backlogs while maintaining clinical priorities. Gina brings extensive knowledge of s117, the Mental Capacity Act, including COP and DoLS, and champions a person-centred approach in her work.

    Sally, a practising registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in hospitals, community nursing, and care homes. Specialising in CHC, DoLS, and Court of Protection (COP) case management, while liaising closely with safeguarding teams and supporting the wider team with reviews and dispute resolution when required.

    CLINICAL LEAD (DoLS)

    Sharon is a registered nurse with 25 years of experience in Mental Health Hospitals, Community Learning Disability Teams, and Safeguarding Adult teams. Specialising in Transforming Care Projects, COP & DoLS, and LeDER Reviews within CCGs. With further experience in reviewing care for patients with Learning Disabilities and ASD.

    Jackie, a practising registered nurse with over 40 years of experience in learning disabilities and autism, excels in DoLS, COP, and CHC case management, bringing extensive expertise to the team. She undertakes reviews, assessments, and completes Decision Support Tools (DST), providing recommendations for Continuing Healthcare eligibility.
